Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Business Development Intern to join our team.You will report directly to our Head of Business Development and Expansion . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company. 

Your Journey

• Contact real estate agents to find new opportunities for asset acquisition. 
• Develop and nurture leads and contacts within the industry. 
• Review dossiers and collect relevant information to assess potential assets. 
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations departments to ensure compliance and feasibility. 
• Assist with organizing and managing large volumes of information.

What You Bring to the Trip

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Proficient in Excel, skilled in preparing presentations, and familiar with Asana, Slack, and CRM systems.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and contributes to innovative solutions.
• Energetic, dynamic, and hands-on, with a passion for supporting growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to change.
• Confident collaborating across cross-functional teams and thriving in a start-up culture.
