Your role
You will be mainly responsible for all of a company’s accounting-related activities, including high-level accounting, administrative accounting, and finance activities. This individual advises on and reports material budgeting modifications or expenditure variances to the company’s CFO
Your Journey
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in according to GAAP.
Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial results across business units.
Manage regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.
Oversee implementation and optimization of accounting systems, ERP tools, and automation initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and financial metrics for executive reporting.
Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management.

What do you bring to your trip
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required or strongly preferred.
Over 7–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management roles
and experience in corporate or public accounting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language is a must.
