Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate graphic design intern to join our team. As an graphic design intern, you will be mainly responsible for and reporting directly to the construction management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey

• Partner with the Marketing team to craft a cohesive visual brand experience across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Brainstorm and develop original concepts, graphics, and illustrations for our websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and products.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with external agencies, web designers, marketing specialists, and colleagues.
• Contribute collaboratively to team efforts and readily tackle new challenges.
• Deliver visually stunning and on-brand graphics and layouts that resonate with our target audience.
• Design graphic pieces for offline campaigns: posters, vinyl, direct marketing, etc.
• Provide support to create, edit, and produce videos for offline and online.
• Develop online pieces: images, gifs, banners, infographics, etc.
• Support the team in the ideation, conceptualization, and design of offline campaigns. Support New Business proposals.
• Other tasks related to the creativity area in communications and advertising.

What do you bring to your trip

• Student or recent graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
• Creative vision for the ideation of concepts and campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). Advanced knowledge of Premiere, After Effects or similar programs for animations and audiovisual pieces. Knowledge of PowerPoint (valuable).
• Main language Spanish/Catalan with high level of English.
• Communication skills and ability to work as a team. Interest in the hospitality sector. Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A must for your trip Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
• Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes Confident working in cross-functional teams.
