Your role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate Launch & Quality Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth rollout of new properties and help uphold the highest standards of service across our operations. Working closely with the Quality and Launch team, you’ll assist in brand implementation, internal audits, and guest experience initiatives.
Your Journey
- Support the preparation and tracking of pre-opening checklists for new properties.
- Assist with the setup of brand essentials such as signage, uniforms, and guest amenities.
- Help implement and monitor brand standards across all operational departments.
- Contribute to the preparation of internal audits and follow-up documentation.
- Assist in documenting SOPs and operational manuals for new and existing processes.
- Participate in quality inspections and service evaluations, including mystery guest testing and guest feedback analysis.
- Track and analyze guest satisfaction KPIs and review trends.
- Maintain and update the digital library of SOPs, brand standards, and training materials.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal quality reviews and audits.
- Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Share fresh ideas to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainability efforts.
What do you bring to your trip
- Organized, proactive, and detail-driven.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for both English and Spanish.
- Enthusiastic about hospitality, service excellence, and project management.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with PMS or QA tools is a bonus.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
