Your role

We are looking for a Data Warehouse & BI Engineer to own and evolve Olala’s corporate Data Warehouse and deliver high-impact dashboards across the organization.

Your Journey

• Maintaining and extending the Data Warehouse

• Creating and optimizing data models and ETL/ELT workflows

• Building Power BI, Looker or other vendor dashboards for Operations, Finance, Revenue, HR, Marketing and Management

• Ensuring data quality, consistency and governance across systems

• The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business teams and the data warehouse, turning business questions into reliable datasets and visual reports.

• Maintain and evolve the group’s Data Warehouse (new data sources, new tables, new data marts).

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes connecting PMS, ERP, HR, CRM, IoT, Accounting, and other systems.

• Improve data models using best practices (star schema, dimensional modelling).

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and reliability on a daily basis.

• Business Intelligence (Dashboards & Reports)

• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards.

• Build semantic models and reusable datasets.

• Define KPIs with each department and ensure clarity and consistency across reports.

• Improve data refresh cycles, performance, and governance.

• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing and Revenue to build actionable insights.

• Provide ad-hoc analysis when required.

• Maintain documentation of data pipelines, metrics, and data models.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data policies.

• Proactively monitor data quality and prevent data inconsistencies.

What do you bring to your trip

• Strong SQL and relational modelling experience.

• Power BI expertise (DAX, data modelling, performance optimisation).

• Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Kimball, facts/dimensions, star schemas).

• Comfortable integrating multiple enterprise systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).

• Background in hospitality or multi-property operations.

• Experience with Python for data tasks.

• Basic understanding of ML or forecasting models.

• Experience working with ERP, PMS or CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

• Structured, detail-oriented, high ownership.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

• Problem-solving mindset with focus on business value.
