Your role
As a Procurement and Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in procurement, logistics and inventory management across Catalonia, optimizing costs while supporting smooth daily operations.
You will oversee the central warehouse in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, lead and organize the daily work of your team, manage national-level purchases, and ensure an efficient flow of goods through effective coordination with suppliers and optimal operational planning.
Your Journey
- Manage direct purchases for operations and general supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers: request quotes, evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing and monitor deliveries and invoicing.
- Be active in the warehouse: organize stock, monitor inventory, and ensure replenishment processes run smoothly.
- Lead, schedule and support warehouse assistants and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, costs and material usage to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to anticipate supply needs and prevent stock shortages.
- Identify and implement practical improvements in purchasing and logistics to streamline day-to-day operations.

What do you bring to your trip
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in operations, procurement, logistics, warehouse management, or similar roles.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead from the floor.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management systems.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Catalan is a plus.
