Your role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. You will be involved on general accounting and finance. It’s an amazing opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company!
Your Journey
- Accounting Operations: Record and monitor all accounting transactions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing (issued and received).
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier and customer accounts, monitor payment deadlines, and ensure proper records of all payments and collections.
- Tax Compliance: Support tax preparation by collecting and organizing required documentation, and ensuring adherence to local tax obligations.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic financial statements such as balance sheets and, profit & loss and cash flow reports.
- General Finance: Manage relationships with banks and suppliers, and outsourced services, and act as the trusted finance point of contact for other departments.

What do you bring to your trip
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in general accounting.
- Hospitality experience could be a plus, but not yet required.
- Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables).
- Advanced knowledge of English and Romanian.
- Attention to details and accuracy with numbers.
- Good communication & collaboration skills.
- Availability to work 4 days per week at the office in Bucharest.
